1. Introduction

Welcome to Levifly Holidays. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Levifly Holidays and our travel partners. A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued via email.

2.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major debit cards, credit cards, and other payment methods displayed on our website.

2.3 Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Pound Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise specified. Prices may change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will remain valid for that reservation.

2.4 Booking Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all traveller details, including names, dates of birth, passport information, and contact details, are accurate at the time of booking. Any costs arising from incorrect information shall be borne by the customer.

3. Amendments, Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation charges may vary depending on the product, supplier, airline, hotel, or tour operator. Unless otherwise specified during booking, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • More than 30 days before departure: Full refund less a 10% administration fee
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Certain flights, hotels, attraction tickets, promotional fares, and special offers may be non-refundable. Product-specific cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.

3.2 Supplier-Imposed Restrictions

Some travel suppliers may impose stricter cancellation, amendment, or refund policies. In such cases, the supplier's policy will apply.

3.3 Cancellation by Levifly Holidays

In the unlikely event that Levifly Holidays must cancel a booking due to circumstances within our control, customers will be offered either:

  • A full refund; or
  • An alternative travel arrangement of equivalent value, subject to availability.

4. Travel Documentation

4.1 Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements

Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and any other documentation required for entry into their destination countries.

Levifly Holidays accepts no responsibility for denied boarding, refused entry, deportation, or losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

4.2 Health & Vaccination Requirements

Travellers are responsible for complying with all health requirements, vaccination regulations, and travel advisories applicable to their destination.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Medical expenses
  • Emergency evacuation
  • Personal liability
  • Loss or delay of baggage
  • Travel delays

Levifly Holidays shall not be responsible for any financial losses resulting from a traveller's failure to obtain adequate travel insurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Third-Party Suppliers

Levifly Holidays acts as an intermediary between customers and independent suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, attractions, cruise operators, and tour companies.

We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, schedule change, cancellation, overbooking, or service failure caused by third-party suppliers.

6.2 Force Majeure

Levifly Holidays shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Pandemics or epidemics
  • Government actions or restrictions
  • Civil unrest
  • Terrorism
  • Industrial disputes
  • Airline operational disruptions

6.3 Customer Conduct

Travellers must conduct themselves responsibly and comply with local laws and supplier regulations. Levifly Holidays reserves the right to terminate arrangements without refund where a traveller's behaviour is disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or poses a risk to others.

7. Changes to Travel Arrangements

Travel itineraries, schedules, accommodation, transport arrangements, and included services may occasionally require modification due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.

While we endeavour to minimise disruptions, such changes shall not automatically entitle customers to compensation or refunds unless required by applicable law.

8. Complaints & Claims

If you encounter any issue during your trip, you should notify the relevant supplier and Levifly Holidays immediately to allow an opportunity for resolution.

Any formal complaint must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the completion of travel and include supporting documentation where applicable.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Levifly Holidays is committed to protecting your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Levifly Holidays website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, trademarks, and branding materials, is the property of Levifly Holidays or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on our website are protected under the ATOL scheme. If your booking qualifies, we will issue an ATOL Certificate so you know exactly what is protected. If you don't receive an ATOL Certificate — your booking is not ATOL protected. If some services are not listed on the certificate — those parts are not protected. If you book flight-only and the ticket is not issued immediately — your flight will still be protected under ATOL coverage.
