1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using LeviTour's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from LeviTour.
2.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our platform.
2.3 Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price displayed at the time of confirmation.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Customer Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund
3.2 LeviTour Cancellation: In the unlikely event that LeviTour must cancel your tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to an alternative date.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
4.1 Passports and Visas: You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports and visas. LeviTour is not responsible for any issues arising from invalid or missing documentation.
4.2 Health Requirements: You are responsible for obtaining any required vaccinations or health certificates for your destination. We recommend checking with health authorities before travel.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and loss of baggage. LeviTour is not liable for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
6. Liability and Responsibility
6.1 Limitation of Liability: LeviTour acts as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity caused by such third parties.
6.2 Force Majeure: LeviTour shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
6.3 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for your behavior during the tour. LeviTour reserves the right to remove any customer whose behavior is detrimental to other participants without refund.
7. Changes to Itinerary
LeviTour reserves the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. While we will make every effort to maintain the published itinerary, we may need to make changes for operational, safety, or other reasons. Such changes do not entitle customers to refunds.
8. Complaints and Disputes
If you have any complaints during your tour, please notify your tour guide or LeviTour representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with LeviTour, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LeviTour and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
